Product overview
STM32F405xx series microcontroller based on high performance ARM architecture (M4 32 - bit RISC kernel, running frequency of 168 Mhz. It is a blend of high speed embedded memory (flash up to 1 Mbyte, SRAM is as high as 192 Kbytes), 4 Kbytes backup SRAM, the strengthening of the wide range of input and output as well as the external connections to two APB bus, three AHB bus and a 32 - bit more AHB bus matrix. All the equipment to provide three dozen AD converter, Two digital-to-analog converters, a low-power real-time clock, 12 universal 16-bit timers, including two PWM timers for motor control, two universal 32-bit timers, and a true random number generator (RNG). The device also features standard and advanced communication interfaces.
Flexible static memory controller supports compact flash, SRAM, PSRAM, NOR and NAND memory.
